Fawcett Lake is a retreat from a hectic world. A place away from city life where you can recharge, connect with nature, and make memories as a family.

Located near Smith, Alberta. The lake has excellent fishing. The Peace River Trail is near by and connects to the extensive Trans Canada Trail system. If you are an outdoorsman who enjoys boating, snowmobiling, or quad rides look no further.
We have a wonderful community of families getting away for the weekend, and many choose to retire out here full time.

What you need to know
Power to your property
Power runs to the properly line. It would be your responsibility to connect to the power grid.
Septic tank
A septic tank can be installed. Septic fields are not allowed as they have the potential to contaminate the ground water and subsequently are a risk to the environment.
Each owner is responsible for clearing their own lot, so that it can be done to your desired layout.
Water
Water can be brought In to your property by local services if you have a holding tank.
You may decide to put in an underground well. Many people chose to share the cost with a neighbor and share the well.
Natural Gas or Propane
For heating your property an external propane tank can be used. You can also pay to tie in to the natural gas line.
